What you’ll do:

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (remote + onsite)


Manage tickets & SLAs (ConnectWise a plus)


Set up users, workstations, and onboard new clients


Work daily with Windows, Active Directory, networking & security tools
What we’re looking for:

Solid IT fundamentals (computers, networking, software)


Strong customer service skills & reliability
