Full Description: What you’ll do:

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (remote + onsite)


Manage tickets & SLAs (ConnectWise a plus)


Install low voltage cabling, including Cat5,6, Fiber, Access Control WIre.


Work daily with networking tools, cameras, access control, audio systems
