Our nursing leadership team (comprised of the CNO, ADON, IP/Employee Health nurse, OR director and Pharmacy Nurse) assist with IV placement, codes and traumas when needed from our frontline associates.

Key Responsibilities:
Medication Management: Stock, order, and track medications for inpatient and outpatient use.
Specialty Medications & Treatments: Set up and schedule specialty medications and coordinate outpatient treatment rooms.
Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure seamless medication administration. Keep policies and procedures up to date.
Compliance & Safety: Follow hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines for medication handling and patient care.
Backup Nursing Call: Participate in the Nurse on call schedule to provide backup and support to the nurses working the floor.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Kansas
Certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS
Experience: Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy or medication management setting preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
