Answer phone calls, responding to inquiries, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate staff member as needed.
Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Facilitate the selection and ordering of eyewear, providing information on lens options, frames, and pricing.
Handle financial transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing billing inquiries.
Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment and the ordering of office supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of the optometry practice.
