CASA–Children Worth Saving, Inc. is seeking a passionate, mission-driven Executive Director to lead our local CASA program serving the 16th Judicial District of Kansas. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) programs train and support volunteers who advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective advocacy for children in the 16th Judicial District.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staff supervision, and program development.
• Lead fundraising and grant-writing efforts to ensure financial sustainability.
• Cultivate partnerships with courts, child welfare agencies, and community organizations.
• Represent CASA–Children Worth Saving, Inc. in the community through outreach, public relations, and volunteer recruitment.
• Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to set goals, monitor outcomes, and plan for the future.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of management experience (nonprofit experience preferred).
• Proven leadership and organizational management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with fundraising, grant writing, and fiscal oversight.
• Commitment to confidentiality and the CASA mission.
• Must pass background checks and complete CASA Advocate certification within six months of hire.
