Full Description: Seeking a dependable and hardworking farm manager on a 10,000 acre row crop and cattle farm in the Offerle, Kansas area. This position plays a critical role in the daily operation of the farm, including planting, harvesting, equipment maintenance, and cattle herd management. The ideal candidate is self motivated, safety conscious, and has some experience with large scale farming operations and general maintenance skills.
This is a salaried position with healthcare coverage and an individual retirement account. Housing will be up to the applicant, but a vehicle can be provided for travel to the farm. High school diploma/GED equivalent is required.
