Full Description: Location: Dodge City, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour, with a performance review after the 90-day probationary period

Trojan Specialty Products is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team. This is a hands-on position assembling, testing, repairing, and packaging products used by livestock producers across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities
-Read and follow work instructions and established procedures.
-Assemble products and components accurately.
-Safely operate power tools, saws, and other shop equipment.
-Measure, fit, and test products to ensure quality.
-Process product repairs and RMAs.
-Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
-Keep production records and report quality or equipment issues.
-Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
-Lift and move 50+ pounds throughout the workday.

-Assist customers with technical support.
-Cross-train in additional production and operational duties.

Qualifications
-Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand and power tools.

-Dependable with a strong work ethic.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
-Manufacturing, farm, maintenance, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
