The Manager of Engineering plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of electric service to our member-owners. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, design, and execution of the Cooperative’s electrical distribution system. As a key member of the engineering leadership team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor a high-performing engineering group, and help shape the future of our distribution system through innovative solutions, reliability improvements, and successful integration of distributed energy resources. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned electric utility engineer who is ready to lead, influence, and deliver meaningful results in a member-focused, values-driven organization.
