Full Description: Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Install and replace HVAC components and equipment as needed
- Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options
- Complete service call efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Properly document service calls, repairs, and materials used
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards

Qualifications:
- HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- EPA certified
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
