Full Description: Directs, develops, motivates, hires and disciplines frontline personnel; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate personnel actions. Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups. Opens accounts for new members and markets credit union products. Fills in on Teller line when needed. Maintains communications with main office; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings. Monitors all branch activities to insure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures. Orders office supplies for branch. Performs other related duties as assigned.
