Full Description: • Performs a full-range mechanical overhaul & repair of light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles, and equipment. This includes occasional repairs in the field.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and troubleshoots to determine the cause of failure on complex systems, including but not limited to, hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Makes working diagnosis of mechanical failure by means of specialized testing equipment and visual or auditory checks.
• Performs tune-up, electrical repairs, and maintenance/adjustment on both automotive and heavy-duty equipment.
