As the successful candidate, you will direct and plan EIC maintenance while utilizing your leadership and coaching abilities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of talented personnel in the EIC group as well as several other departments. In addition to mentoring and supervising direct reports, you will also use your organizational ability and planning skills to prepare for outages and coordinate work requests/orders of the group, while providing technical support when needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma and five years industrial practical electrical, instrument, and control experience and coal-fired power plant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills and abilities.
