Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

This is a position whose focus is delivery of health care in the occupational environment.  Position responsibilities include ensuring continuity of patient care, facilitating problem solving, and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures, ongoing surveillance and evaluation of patients and personnel. This position performs monitoring of employee injuries, new hire health screens, and contract health screens. Strives daily to give all customers very good care and promotes Western Plains Medical Complex Standards of Behavior and performs other duties as assigned. The position also works closely with HR in monitoring workers compensation, employee injuries, and employee return to work policy and procedures. This position provides regular data to the CNO regarding effectiveness of Occupational Heath Program and suggested enhancements/improvements to the overall plan.
