The City of Dodge City Main Street Program is seeking a part-time Office Assistant (15-20 hours weekly). This position is responsible for providing office and event support to ensure Main Street Dodge City operations are maintained in an effective and accurate manner. This position reports to the Main Street Coordinator.
Responsibilities include: greet and assist visitors, answer the phone, and general office & clerical work. Job requirements are: office/clerical experience; ability to follow written and verbal directions in English; must be 16 years of age and possess a valid Kansas driver’s license with good driving record. Duties require lifting of between 25-30 lbs of material.
Position will work 15- 20 hours as scheduled per week. Starting rate of pay is $10 per hour, without benefits, as this is a temporary year round position.
