Description: The Bar Manager is an honest, dependable, service oriented individual with good leadership skills, communication skills, and people management skills, such as conflict resolution and negotiating skills.  This person is responsible for compiling and balancing cash receipts at the end of the day or shift, for hiring and training staff, assigning staff duties and responsibilities, ordering supplies and is able to maintain and control inventory, analyze operational problems such as theft or waste, and can establish procedures to remedy problems, resolve customer complaints and perform other duties of management as directed.  The applicant must know computers and be willing and able to learn POS software, and any other necessary programs such as accounting, inventory control, etc.  To apply, contact Ronda at (620) 225-9900.
