ACCOUNTABILITY:  The Executive Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to and is ultimately responsible to the Chief Executive Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree / Licensure / Certification / Registration: Prefer Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field; High School Diploma is minimum accepted.

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in an Administrative Assistant capacity.

Registered Nurse

Responsible for management of daily operations in employed physicians clinics. Assists in the development of policies and procedures, establishing and implementing goals and objectives, compliance with State and HIPAA regulations, and acts as a liaison to physicians. Service excellence by exceeding customer expectations.   Responsible for addressing employee and patient complaints, and problem resolution. Responsible for staff candidate interviews, training, recognition and corrective action of staff employees within the employed physician clinics. Assists with the payor enrollment of new providers and assures the continued enrollment of existing providers as required. Reports to the Regional Director of Physician Services.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate Degree in a related field required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: Two years management experience preferred.   Previous experience in the clinic setting required. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with; employees, other departments, medical staff, medical center administration, outside agencies and professional organizations.   Use of office equipment, practice management system software, computer terminal, printer, typewriter, telephone, copy machine.

The Western Plains Physician Services (WPPS) medical office assistant the professional staff by providing variable duties to promote the smooth operation of the department. Western Plains Medical Complex is seeking a PRN Dietician to join our team!  The Food Services department is an affiliate of the Hospitality Services Division of the Hospital.  This is a Dietary Department position that provides patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Dietitian (RD).  Must demonstrate the ability to work as Clinical Dietitian. The Clinical Dietitian manages the delivery of nutrition care to patients, which includes applying the science and art of human nutrition to promote health and aid in the treatment of disease or injuries to restore health. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed instructions to patients in regard to securing all available program benefits

  • Obtain all necessary information from patients upon the initial contact when possible
  • Record thorough and accurate documentation on patient accounts in the CUBS system
  • All documentation in the CUBS system should be clear and concise
  • Maintain a positive relationship with patients throughout the entire application process
  • Assess the status and progress of applications
  • Contact government agencies when necessary
  • Follow-up with assigned accounts until every avenue is exhausted in trying to secure benefits for the patients or the patient is approved for a program and billing information is obtained.
