Job Title: PC Technician

Function: Manages inventory, installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance and training to system users. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. First tier technical customer support.
  2. Installs and maintains standard computer related equipment and software, maintains inventory, receives product and processes returns.
  3. Receives and inspects personal computer equipment, related hardware and software and   prepares for placement per Information Services Request (ISR).  Installs specified   software, including operating systems and end user applications as specified.
  4. Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, memory and disk drives on user’s personal computers.
  5. Instructs users in use of equipment and software.
  6. Answers customer inquiries in person and via telephone concerning systems operation. 
  7. Diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
  8. Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
  9. Documents all help desk activity and equipment adds, moves and changes.
  10. Replaces defective or inadequate hardware and software.
  11. Escalates major hardware and software problems to appropriate team member.
  12. Attends technical training to keep abreast of new software and hardware product developments.
  13. Conducts and documents all preventive maintenance.
  14. Manages software licenses and hardware documentation for workstations.
  15. Assists in monitoring the network, keeping system information up-to-date in a network log and ensures all components are operating correctly, i.e. cabling, hubs, management modules, patch panels, as well as primary hardware and software.
  16. Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements and   makes recommendations for future software and hardware purchases.
  17. Loads and updates software applications as required.
  18. Maintains compliance with all internal controls and SOPs.

Standards of Performance:

  1. Must possess knowledge of standard office programs. 
  2. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  
  3. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  
  4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino procedures, company policies, and company promotions.

Education, Training, and Experience:

  1. Prefer Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  2. Prefer six months to two years related technical experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Valid gaming license.

Work Environment:

  1. Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. 
  2. Required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. 
  3. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 
  4. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.

Job Title: Bartender

Function:  Responsible for providing guests with excellent service in a timely manner, assisting beverage servers with drink orders, and providing guests with a favorable experience.

 Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Prepares drinks timely and accurately for all guests and cocktail staff.
  2. Assists with the cleanliness of the bar area and with the maintenance of the stock levels.
  3. Assists with the tracking and control of the departmental inventory.
  4. Ensures compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines with regards to guests’  limitations.
  5. Serves snacks and amenities to all guests upon request.
  6. Serves all products within the guidelines of the health regulations.
  7. Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees.

 Standards of Performance:
